Pillar #1: Breathing

You thought the first pillar and most important one would be Nutrition didn’t you? Think about it, you can go without food for months, you can go without water for days. But how long can you go without Air? Minutes! Breathing is just one of those very important things we take for granted, but it is extremely important if you want to optimize your health.

If you want to observe perfect breathing watch a newborn baby. They breathe through their mouth and belly breathe. As adults we breath through our mouth and we shallow chest breath. So we are in no way optimizing our breathing.
